If you purchase a female: When the time comes, PGA will transport your female to our home for breeding and whelping of one litter, preferably around the third or fourth heat cycle. We will take care of any expenses while she is in our care. This entire litter (minimum of 2 live puppies constitutes a litter) will be retained by PGA. When the pups are weaned, PGA will transport your female back to you. This entire process will take around 4 months from the time the female goes into heat. You will also have the option to purchase a pup from this litter at a reduced price.
PET AGREEMENT: If your female was purchased as a pet, she will be spayed before we return her and we will have her spayed at our expense. When we return your female to you, you will receive her registration paperwork AND a $400 refund of your purchase price. This means you will have paid around $0 for your pet.
BREEDING AGREEMENT: When we return your female to you, we will relinquish our rights to the dog and give you full breeding rights to the dog. We will sign the original registration paperwork and forward it to you.
OR~If both parties agree, you can breed your female to a male of your choice that we approve of. The stud fees will be paid by you and your female will remain in your care throughout the entire gestation. The litter will also be whelped at your house. When the puppies are between 3-4 weeks old, PGA will choose either the first pick of the litter OR the second AND third picks if the stud owner (or you) is getting POL. We would like for the puppies to be raised in a manner that we would raise them, and we will share all our secrets with you. PGA will be responsible for transportation costs for our puppy/puppies. Co-ownership terms will have been met when we recieve the pup(s), and registration paperwork for your female and her litter will be forwarded to you at that time.
If you purchase a male: PGA will retain co-ownership until we have had the opportunity to use your male for up to two stud services free of charge. We retain the right to bring him to our home for the breedings and return him when his services are no longer needed (no longer than 6 weeks each time). If the bitch does not conceive, then we may try a repeat breeding, so we cannot offer to have him neutered while he is with us. You will also have the option to purchase a pup from his litters at a reduced price.
PET AGREEMENT: After two litters from you male have been whelped, we will contact you letting you know that the terms have been fulfilled and that he may now be neutered. We will forward his original registration paperwork to you along with a $400 refund. We will reimburse the surgery costs if you send up a copy of the bill and a photo of your male immediately after surgery
BREEDING AGREEMENT: Feel free to use him as stud as needed while we co-own him with you and you get to keep his stud fees. PGA will also list him on our website and any inquiries about him shall be forwarded to you for evaluation. After the co-ownership terms have been met PGA will relinquish our rights to the dog and will sign the original registration paperwork and forward it to you.
PGA may also terminate the co-ownership before the contract has been fulfilled if the pup/dog is found to not meet our standards.
